I am currently working with a leading Tier 1 Law firm who are looking for a Legal secretary/ office Manager to join them on a permanent full-time basis at their new Birmingham City Centre office.
You will be responsible for providing ongoing effective and proactive office managerial/legal secretarial/administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office as a whole and the fee earners deliver greater productivity to a high standard.
- At least one year's experience working as a legal secretary in the
Family law sector: - An excellent level of communication/interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT and typing skills
- The ability to be objective, selfmotivated and drive to achieve results
- Excellent client care skills due to the high net worth and sensitive nature of the work
- Confident communication skills and understanding of the importance of outstanding client care
- Ability to work independently and prioritise caseload where necessary
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
