GUK Finance Team are looking for someone who can start immediately and must have general accounts experience and a level of understanding and processing payroll for 600 employees.
Established in 2003 we have grown rapidly and manage nearly 1500 sites across the UK and employ around 800 staff.
We protect in the region of £40bnworth of assets at commercial, corporate and residential sites across industry sectors including retailers, property owners & management agents, airports and airlines.

Ideally you will have the following:
- Weekly Reconciliation of payroll hours.
- Payroll processing (including holidays, sick pay and new starters).
- Reconciliation of contract information for billing and payroll.
- To perform a bridge between invoicing and pay.
- Processing new contracts and updating as and when needed.
You may have experience of the following: Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer, Payroll Administration, Finance Administrator, Administrator, Office Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Sage, PAYE, Human Resources, etc.
