Job Purpose
This is an internship position providing you with experience working in a fast-paced, industry leading pet-food manufacturer.

In the role you will be a key player supporting the wider business teams to deliver business objectives with broad experience across general accounting, sales, brand and marketing support.


Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the accounting function with forecasting and budgeting
  • Financial Planning Tools (SAP/ CSIP / BI/ Atlas) Support & Maintenance
  • Set Up Vendors/Customers and monthly Purchase Order goods receipts of Key Vendors
  • Business partnering with commercial team in providing financial insight and analysis on performance by Brand, for forecasts and Budget
  • Support the Finance Department in SOX /external / internal audit engagements
  • Support month end closing activities and monthly management accounts
  • Complete ad hoc analysis for the senior stakeholders

Teamwork:


  • Attend internal meetings as and when required
  • Excellent communication to lead and manage ad hoc projects across the team
  • Working cross functionally with Customer Development, Marketing, Customer Service & Logistic teams to deliver growth

Experience

  • Bachelor degree in economics / accounting / finance
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Windows, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Fluent in English
