Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a new Technical Assistant.


Job Title:
Technical Assistant


Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)


Hours:
Mon - Fri - Office hours


Location:
Brompton on Swale


Ro le Summary:


  • Making sure all quality standards and policies are met.
  • Verify audits i.e Temperature probes, scales, effluent, water and pest control.
  • Undertake hygiene, GMP and glass audits
  • Taking microbiological samples and nutritional samples.
  • Taking part in the weekly taste panel and taking records.
  • Making sure all paperwork is signed off and filed away accurately.
  • Sign off finished products to be dispatched.
  • Carry out induction to new employees and assist with training

Essential Requirements:


  • Have experience in the food manufacturing industry.
