Description

An expanding and prestigious Commercial Insurance broker are looking for an energetic person from a solid Commercial Insurance sales background for this brilliant new role in their team.


Role and responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales and customer enquiry calls
  • Produce and issue quotation, new business and renewal documentation
  • Follow up and convert leads as well as making outbound calls
  • Achieve agreed sales & retention targets, both individually and as part of the overall team
  • To maintain, and achieve growth in, income from existing customers
  • Being on hand to assist the Sales team with any queries or referrals
  • Assisting members of the Sales team to reach their own KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Regular meetings with the Sales team to discuss progression, development requirements and overall performance
  • Assisting management with quotation control using a pipeline; making sure that quotations are being actioned where required and followed up to assist conversion

£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
