What you'll do

  • Help ensure the continued smooth running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse
  • Deputise for the Restaurant Manager, when required
  • Work with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to improve all aspects of our food service
  • Assist in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team
  • Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
  • Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company's health and safety policy and procedures
