Salary £40,000 gross per annum:

The owners and other staff speak Russian, so knowledge of Russian language would be an advantage.

The position is a live-in one and a separate accommodation is available.

The Handyman's duties will include:

Overseeing household maintenance, general condition, and operations works
Overseeing maintenance and timely servicing of systems and equipment
Taking care of the estate territory, buildings, tools, and machinery
Doing basic gardening, repairs, and refurbishment works
Working in collaboration with household staff (housekeepers, cleaners, gardeners, security staff)
Caring and arranging care for household pets
Ensuring the household is fully stocked at all times and shopping for all required household items
Running household errands
Arranging maintenance and servicing of estate car
Other ad hoc duties as directed

Property:

10,000 sq ft country house with a swimming pool, staff quarters, separate estate office, garages and auxilliary buildings on 30 acres of private land located near Wadhurst, East Sussex.
