gap personnel Bristol is acting as an employment agency, working in partnership with the UK's leading cosmetics company Elemis. We are currently looking for 1x Table Leader based in Filton, Bristol BS34 / Avonmouth, BS11.

As a Table Leader you will lead by example and motivate the team in your designated area of the warehouse in all aspects of their performance to ensure targets are achieved.

You'll spend half of your working day working alongside your team members on the production line, therefore this position will suit an individual who is adept at working in fast pace environment, has a hands-on approach and can deliver results.

Responsibilities:

Leading production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards.
Ensuring the final product meets client specifications
Effectively maximising production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basis
Ensuring all paperwork and ERP system are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
Identify problems which may occur and take appropriate action to resolve the situation, updating managers or other departments as necessary
Ensuring housekeeping (clean as you go) is strictly adhered to
Assisting in the training and development of new starters
Monitoring, controlling and minimising waste
Undertaking such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonably fall within the scope and grade of the post
Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and longterm Sustainability Goals setforth by the ELEMIS
