Are you are a hardworking individual with expert organisational skills, ability to create and develop relationships, and a keen eye for detail?


Main duties include:


  • To provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA's
  • To be a point of contact for clients, offices and members of the business
  • Provide mortgage research for IFA's using online systems
  • Obtain valuations/details on existing policies, ensuring administration system is updated accurately
  • Undertake filing, photocopying and scanning duties when required

Qualities of the ideal IFA Administrator:

  • Proactive / "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
  • Proficient computer skills using multiple systems
