IFA Administrator

Are you are a hardworking individual with expert organisational skills, ability to create and develop relationships, and a keen eye for detail?
Main duties include:
- To provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA's
- To be a point of contact for clients, offices and members of the business
- Provide mortgage research for IFA's using online systems
- Obtain valuations/details on existing policies, ensuring administration system is updated accurately
- Undertake filing, photocopying and scanning duties when required
Qualities of the ideal IFA Administrator:
- Proactive / "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
- Proficient computer skills using multiple systems
