3M resourcing are working with the local authority to recruit 4 x Customer Service Advisors.


Are you a strong communicator and have worked in a Contact Centre - would you like to come and work for Liverpool City Council Contact Centre situated in the Cunard Building.


As a Customer Services Advisor you will be dealing with enquiries from Liverpool residents dealing with a vast range of enquiries for example: Bins, Pest Control, Revenues and Benefits to name but a few.

You will receive extensive training.

9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
