We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team within Tarasis Enterprises
Hours of work:
- Monday
- Friday (8:30am 5:30pm)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process sales invoicing and credit notes and handle all associated queries
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintain the purchase ledger including supplier reconciliations and payment allocations
- General accounts duties
- Maintain confidential filing system
Essential Criteria:
- Educated to GCSE Level, must include Maths and English (A
- C Grade)
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a strong knowledge of Excel and Word
- Flexible, reliable and responsive to change
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to cope with changing priorities and to multitask
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience of working within an office environment
- 2 Year's accounts experience
- Experience working with Sage 200 and Sage Payroll
