We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team within Tarasis Enterprises

Hours of work:


  • Monday
  • Friday (8:30am 5:30pm)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Process sales invoicing and credit notes and handle all associated queries
  • Credit control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Maintain the purchase ledger including supplier reconciliations and payment allocations
  • General accounts duties
  • Maintain confidential filing system

Essential Criteria:


  • Educated to GCSE Level, must include Maths and English (A
  • C Grade)
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a strong knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Flexible, reliable and responsive to change
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with changing priorities and to multitask

Desirable Criteria:


  • Previous experience of working within an office environment
  • 2 Year's accounts experience
  • Experience working with Sage 200 and Sage Payroll
