Chartered Valuation Surveyor

A leading, independent property consultancy with offices across London and the South east are looking to hire an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor, to fulfill works in mainly in the area of Kent.

The Company

The successful chartered valuation surveyor (ideally MRICS) will join a consultancy supporting eight offices, reporting to the Head of Loan Security Valuations, joining a team of seven and enjoy a flexible working policy and salary package.

The Chartered Valuation Surveyor

The Chartered Valuation Surveyor will be required to:

MRICS, FRICS and RICS accredited Valuer.
Valuing Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use properties.
Valuing development land
Liaising with clients and updating them with timescales to complete the valuation
Booking own appointments
Microsoft skills, specifically word and excel
Ability to work from home, travel to the office 1x per week
Full UK Driving License
UK EXPERIENCE NECCESSERY

Majority of works are in the Kent Area; however, the Head office is based in Maidenhead, which is now accessible from the Elizabeth line.

In Return

Salary highly dependent on experience and commission scheme, ranging from £40,000 for someone just qualified to £65,000 for more experience.
