Responsibilities:
- Work closely with diverse set of stakeholders and SMEs to understand their workflows and data needs and translate those into specifications for data driven experiences
- Ability to understand systems and perform data analysis including include data mapping and data transformation processes
- Develop deep understanding of various data sources and their underlying business logic
- Work alongside product managers to prioritize work for the development teams
- Assist in coordinating with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute projects
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience defining business requirements and working with engineering teams
- Experience with data mapping, data management and data quality issue resolution
- Proactive, selfstarter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
- Bachelor's degree and sufficient years of relevant work experience
- Financial Services experience desired
- Familiarity with modern developer tools (e.g. Jira)
- Agile experience desired
