Join this in-house team, working for a world leading organisation.

The Lead Pensions Administrator will provide pension administration services across numerous DB pension schemes.

The role can be based working remotely or hybrid in their Edinburgh office.

About the role

Calculate retirement quotations and settlements, refunds of contributions deferred pensions, death benefits, transfers in and out, compensation benefits, reinstatements and pension sharing on divorce. Liaise with external AVC providers re new contributors or disinvestment of AVC funds
Provide support on projects such as GMP equalisation, as required
Update Altair computer database to ensure that an accurate database is maintained and check/test new system updates
Calculate and advise on AVC projections

About you

Must have at least 2 years' experience in all aspects of administering final salary schemes
The job holder must have methodical working practices, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Basic knowledge & experience of UK pension legislation
