As a specialist, you will work within our Technology Services team helping to deliver Future Mobility projects (e.g., Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV), Mobility as a Service (MaaS), next generation Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), cleaner/greener transport) for clients across the UK and internationally.
Our clients are primarily based in the UK & Ireland with many opportunities to collaborate with other parts of our AECOM European and International business lines and regions.

Responsibilities:
As a Digital Technology Consultant, you will be expected to support research, design, development and technical delivery of projects
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide specialist Consultancy services in relation to Future Mobility solutions, for which expertise in one or more digital technologies (e.g. IoT, cloud and edge computing, data science, cyber security, etc.) is required.
- Work with the team to capture and analyse client requirements, objectives and goals and translate them into design requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to establish insights and develop recommendations and takeaways relative to the client, technology and the future.
- Develop highquality deliverables (e.g., design documents, technical reports and papers, client presentations) working closely with AECOM team members and project partners.
- Keep up to date with new developments, technologies and skills related to Future Mobility.
- Work with senior managers in the delivery of client engagements and associated outputs; support the team in project management and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or in an associated field which is linked with working within the transport or ICT sector.
- Great knowledge of one or more new and emerging digital technologies (e.g., IoT, cloud and edge computing, big data, data analytics, AI and cyber security) that enable Future Mobility solutions.
- Experience in research and analysis and developing technical reports and papers.
