Description
Oliver James are partnered exclusively with a growing Insurer to recruit a Head of Risk.

This person will support the Chief Risk Officer in leading all aspects of the Risk Management function. It is a regulated role and so this individual will be a Key Function Holder.


Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing ORSA process
  • Supporting the Risk Management framework
- design and implementation

  • Involved in management committees and steering groups
  • Representing the Risk function both internally and externally

Role Requirements:

  • Must have significant Insurance experience
  • Highly numerate and
  • Strong understanding of relevant UK regulatory requirements
