Basis:
Permanent


Shift Pattern:
Day Shift to 16.30 Monday to Thursday, and 07.30 to 12.30 on Fridays, with designated breaks

Opportunity Summary:


Role Accountabilities:


  • Vendor management
  • Purchase Order Processing
  • Inventory Management
  • Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Compliance with internal procedures
  • Communication & Collaboration with various departments, such as finance, operations, and logistics, to coordinate procurement activities
  • Compliance with internal processes
  • Risk management

General Responsibilities:


  • Comply with all company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
  • Ensure that work areas are tidy, cleaned and maintained in accordance with 5S requirements.
  • Engage and contribute to Continuous Improvement activities to maximise efficiency.
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies.

Person Specification:


  • Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards _(desirable not essential)_
  • Preferably
    25 years experience in a similar role.
  • Has a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrates good teamwork, but should also be capable of working individually
  • Is selfdriven with a positive outlook
  • Has good communication skills
