Description
We are a friendly and welcoming practice with a lovely team of dentists, hygienists, nurses and reception staff.


We have a Full time Maternity cover position available for a Dental Receptionist, 40 hours per week over a 5 day period.


As a Receptionist you'll put our patients at the heart of everything you do, from arranging their appointments, greeting them when they arrive in the practice, and making them feel welcome, ensuring they leave knowing what to expect on their next visit.

Our dental receptionist jobs are based on providing excellent customer service, and consistently improving customer satisfaction.


As a key member of the practice team, you will make best use of surgery time, through efficient diary management, and support the team to deliver the best possible dental care.


Requirements of the Dental Receptionist:


  • Dental Receptionist experience preferable, full training will be provided
  • Strong knowledge of IT
  • Strong attitude to work
  • Confident with dealing with different people on a daily basis
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Work well within a team as well as individually
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Great organisational skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Taking payments
  • Cashing up
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team

Duties:


  • Assisting with front office tasks as needed

Job Duties:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Scheduling
  • Managing correspondence
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Job Type:
Fixed term contract
