Summary
The DTIS Awareness Administrator supports

  • The delivery of awareness and capability program across the organisation
  • The coordination of DTIS governance meetings and team activities
Reporting position
The Security Awareness Administrator reports to the DTIS Awareness and Capability Lead


Responsibilities:


  • Support the delivery of the DTIS Awareness and Capability strategy, goals, and objectives across the organisation
  • Ensure all relevant training records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure training trackers and database' are kept up to date with relevant change information, ensuring training records and learning plans are well maintained and changes are effectively communicated to trainees.
  • Support information security team design and deliver content aligned to the Haleon learning methodologies
  • Support facilitation of successful social learning initiatives and experiences
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Applies a basic knowledge of information security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and techniques in daily work.
  • Demonstrates understanding of agile programme delivery
Required

  • MS Office
  • Advanced
  • Confident English communicator and scribe
  • Digital media skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Creative able to produce engaging materials in a variety of formats and media, including storyboards, user guides and gamification elements.
  • Desire to learn
