Description
Where necessary provide care normally delivered by band 2 HCA
assisting in the implementation of care according to patients individual needs as directed by the CSP. To undertake a range of delegated, extended clinical tasks and administrative duties in support of the CSP's


To work as part of the Hospital out of hours team under the indirect supervision of the Clinical Site Practitioner (CSP), and taking forward the essence of care philosophy, delivering a high standard of care in a safe environment which meets the patients' needs whilst maintaining privacy and dignity.

To offer and provide high quality healthcare expertise and services. Working as a team, the aim will be to exceed the expectations of our patients, staff and members.

To assist in the continuously improve and develop of our organisation, our services and our people, through innovation and the best use of all our resources
