Description
Client manager You will be managing and developing relationships with assigned key trust based DB and DC clients. Focusing on delivery exceptional service of client facing administration positions and act as aneffective conduit between the clients and the pensions administration proposition operation teams.**
Responsibilities:
- Ensures overall TPA commercial relationship with the client(s) is in line with profit and revenue projections and projects to be delivered according to individual requirements.
- Acquires and maintains a solid understanding of the firm's products and services.
- Prepares for and attends client meetings (with Senior Consultants where necessary), with responsibility for tasks and actions arising from these.
- Flexibility to travel to clients and other offices.
- Proactively monitors all routine and none routine pensions administration work carried out by the administration teams in the designated office.
