Job description


We are looking for an Personal Assistant, working with the Director and General Manager on a variety of duties both professional and personal.

This is a junior full-time position with time spent at our London office, the residences of the Director and in other locations around the UK when required.

This is a demanding, busy but rewarding and varied role that will require excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Attention to detail is a must as well as an interest in administration and support of a fast growing company.

This is initially a 1 year fixed term contract, with a view to make it a permanent position after this period.

Karno is a start-up company so the role is expected to be intense, fun and rewarding.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full PA support to Director and General Manager, including some personal work.
  • Reconciling Expenses
  • General business administration
  • HR and contract administration
  • Filing and Office management
  • Building Presentations
  • Purchasing
  • Walking the dog

Requirements:


  • To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate significant effectiveness of providing one on one support to a senior Executive. Experience is valuable but not essential.
  • You must be confident with Microsoft Office and IT/Mac literate.
  • You will be a competent, fast and accurate typist and have excellent English and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial, particularly numeric.
  • You will be proactive, always willing to go the extra mile, have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours depending on Directors schedule.
  • Experience with Social Media is a bonus
  • Has to love dogs
