THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded practice who offer a competitive salary, excellent work life balance and supportive work environment where you can see your career flourish.

Working closelywith the partners and senior colleagues, you will be dealing with a variety of matters relating to property litigation including commercial property disputes along with some residential and agricultural disputes.

The work will include dealing with forfeiturework, lease renewals, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, and adverse possession.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have had at least 1 years of post-qualification experience gained working in a strong, property litigation department within a leading national practice.

They should have a solid understanding of property law andhave excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as being passionate about continuing to develop their career in this area of law.

Solicitors who are Newly Qualified will be considered for this role and will have a proven track record of dealing with all types of property litigation matters.
