Monty & Payter is one of London's most innovative property development and design-and-build companies, and we're looking for a skilled, enthusiastic installation joiner to create high-end joinery in bespoke residential developments.

Your first project will be installing the joinery for a four-storey residential refurbishment, including shelving, bathroom vanities, storage, wardrobes, bedheads and more.

Have really strong joinery skills (five years' experience minimum)
Be reliable showing up on time, keeping to your commitments
Collaborate well with site and project managers, workshop designers and other trades
Have the skills to check workshop drawings for buildability, and delivered product against cutting lists
Be able to swiftly and accurately install builtin furniture from delivered cutting lists
Have your own transport and tools

The job is likely to be initially awarded on a day rate under CIS, but there's the potential to join as a full-time permanent employee at £60,000 a yearr.
