Salary / Benefits:

£50,000 - £55,000 plus car / car allowance & package.

Company Information:

UK's largest infrastructure contractor is looking for a Site Agent to manage packages of works on the delivery of one of the UK's largest railway infrastructure projects in London.

What you'll be doing as a Site Agent / Package Manager

You will report to the Senior Package Manager and leading the management of any of the following works: normal & heavy duty tower cranes, urban realm works including earthworks, utilities, civil works such as retaining walls and attenuation tanks, hard & soft landscaping and, roads and traffic networks.

With the support of a team, you will be managing current subcontractors' deliverables, measuring subcontractor performance, raising health, safety and environment issues, managing day-to day interface activities whilst supporting project reporting and forecasting for the client.

You will also support pre-construction and procurement of future subcontracts

As a Site Agent / Package Manager we are looking for the following skills & expertise:

Ideally worked on major civils/infrastructure projects related to the rail sector
Station build and refurbishment experience would be desirable
Civil Engineering Degree qualified or equivalent GNVQ
CSCS
SMSTS
A good understanding of contracts such as NEC3 / FIDIC
Any previous working interface Network Rail, TfL, Thames Water and/or other Utility providers will be ideal
