Sales Account Manager
£25,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary plus Bonus

Our client a leading Tech company who is now seeking a Sales Account Manager to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market
The requirement is for an office-based point of contact for existing and new customers developing long term relationships, and generating additional business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support and work alongside current key account manager in daily tasks and reactive client quotations & general enquiries.
- Act as the main point of contact for general enquiries for their portfolio of accounts, and pass over to required team member where necessary.
- Create, update, and manage annual service contracts for their associated accounts.
- Manage their own portfolio of accounts, with the intention to grow additional business and revenue for products and services.
- Maintain opportunity pipeline, ensure it is up to date, chase all open opportunities, and organise CRM system accordingly.
- Manage site visit post actions via CRM system for additional opportunities of hardware sales.
- Assist operations with site visit requirements based on client communication and review of systems.
- Retain, and develop existing customers aligned with key account manager.
- Software training of managed accounts to promote user engagement, and ensure clients are getting the best out of the solutions supplied.
- Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Future development within the role will be to identify new business opportunities through existing accounts, generate leads and plan meetings.
- 23 Years B2B sales background.
- Adaptability in your communication with various industry accounts and contacts.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficient in Office 365/Excel.
- Good Understanding of technology.
- Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.
- Proactive, organized, great time and workload management to prioritize tasks and actions.
- Experience with working within the software industry desirable but not essential.
