Howells are currently recruiting for an organised and driven
Sales Analyst in Manchester. They are a multi awarded winning business with a reputation for providing fantastic training, development and progression.

You will be responsible for providing high quality sales & marketing analysis which informs management decisions linked to live schemes and development opportunities


Sales Analyst Key Duties:


  • Provide complete data analysis specific for Sales and Marketing including internal sales performance, external market activity and competitor activity.
  • Carry out quarterly internal valuations of live and pipeline schemes in following guidelines and principals set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Monitor and provide information for development opportunities bought to us by the Land Team. Be involved in development opportunities from conception to completion giving input to optimum unit layouts, unit mix, specification, identify target market, ensuringdata and information informs business plan accurately. Contribute towards achieving team objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Collate market intelligence information and inform management of relevant market trends and forecasts.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports linked to site activity, reservations, sales and completions. Report on all aspects of sales performance to ensure early action is taken to meet or exceed the divisional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Compile reports for Senior Management on national statistics linked to lending and sales as required.
  • Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of industry wide software such as Hometrack, Molior, Rightmove and Office of National Statistics.
  • Attend project meetings to ensure all sales requirements are addressed and agreed linked to specification, timeframes for delivery of marketing suite and show apartments, design and layouts and build programme.
  • Highly experienced data analyst with demonstrable knowledge of the property market
  • Able to collate and analyse sales data and provide forecasts and reports in a detailed and accurate format in a demanding environment
  • Demonstrable organisational and planning skills linked to accurate reporting
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Computer literate with a good proven competency in MS Office.
