Project and design co-ordinator.
We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on project co-ordinator to lead and deliver our projects at Stylematters. The individual will co-ordinate the daily enquiries and projects for Stylematters customers and support Style Matters on the day-to-day operations within the sales office


Must have own transport due to the location.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Planning and Monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
  • Produce detailed quotes along with all costings involved.
  • Coordinating live orders from procurement to delivery of goods
  • Manage the sales order process from quotation to procurement stage.
  • Produce detailed design presentations for clients, fabric selections, mood boards, floor plans, drawings and visuals.
  • Provide design advise to clients on finishes and fabrics.
  • Customer service for client's orders, showroom customer service and working directly with a range of clients.
  • Answering incoming calls for sales enquiries & responding to any client queries
  • Update and control act
  • Update sage with new orders
  • Place all purchase orders for quotes.
  • Monitor and follow up outstanding quotes.
  • On site visits when needed
  • Responsible for updating all information on systems relating to order changes.

Skills Knowledge & Experience:


  • Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word
  • Comprehensive understanding of design packages (Auto Cad, Sketch Up, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of sage desirable.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Confidence working directly with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and a cando attitude.
  • The ability to work as part of a small team.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Experience:
