Description
An independent and well established Building Consultancy based in Sheffield are keen to add an Assistant Building Surveyor.


The Assistant Building Surveyors role


The Assistant Building Surveyor will be given the opportunity to shadow Senior Building Surveyors and work independently, carrying out Building Surveying duties such as, contract administration, condition surveys, schedule of works and party wall.


You would be given full exposure to a range of sectors and on projects that vary from smaller Residential maintenance works and Commercial refurbishments.


The Assistant Building Surveyor

  • 1+ year of Building Surveying experience
  • Building Surveying degree
  • Hard working and ambitious
  • Keen to complete APC

  • Salary between £25,000 to 35,000
