About the role
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business and develop the skills necessary to become a successful sales manager.
You will work closely with our experienced sales team to learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer service strategies.
You'll also receive hands-on training in areas such as sales forecasting, market analysis, and team management.Throughout your training you will be challenged to take on new responsibilities and put your skills to the test. You'll have the opportunity to work in different departments and locations, and learn from a variety of experienced professionals.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

- Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets by conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and assisting with customer presentations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Learning about the company's products and services and becoming knowledgeable about their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Developing sales techniques, including identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and closing sales.
- Prospecting for new business and building relationships with customers.
- Participating in sales forecasting and market analysis, analysing sales data and market trends to forecast future sales.
- Learning how to manage and motivate a sales team, including setting sales targets, coaching team members, and providing feedback.
- Completing assignments and projects to develop your skills and demonstrate your understanding of the training material.
- Working in different departments and locations to gain a broad understanding of the company's operations.
- Receiving ongoing support and feedback from your managers and colleagues to help you succeed.
- Building your communication skills through regular interaction with customers and colleagues, as well as through training sessions and presentations.
- Passion for sales and a desire to build a career in sales management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated to achieve sales targets and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
- Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving goals.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Salary:
£22,739.00-£23,773.00 per year
