Job Title:

HRBP

Hybrid: 3 days in Canary Wharf office

Salary:
£60,000 - £100,000pa base

What would I be doing day to day?

As the
HRBP you will provide operational HR support to your stakeholder group. You will be a pivotal part of the HR team, leading on initiatives across the business, enhancing culture and crossdepartment communication. Your role will be multifaceted, touching upon key areas like talent management, performance evaluation, and succession planning.

Key duties:

Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to lead on people programs and strategies to boost culture, performance, compensation, L&D, feedback, engagement, reward & recognition, retention and internal communication
Manage ER
Work with finance on planning and forecasting
Strong focus on recruitment strategies
Develop programmes to support employee needs engagement which will in turn create a positive culture and collaboration

What is the company looking for?

HRBP or HR Manager level
Expertise in people/HR policies & procedures, and confidence prioritising, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business.
Experience in a fast paced scaleup is desirable
Experience within global financial, trading or energy sectors is desirable
Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
Strong understanding of employment laws, customs and practices.
