Coventry Hours - Office Based

£10.13ph (£19,760 Annum)


We are currently looking for a
Trainee Customer Service Representative to join our team in
Coventry. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of
£10.13

About the Trainee Customer Service Representative role:
As our
Trainee Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Taking inbound calls to assist customers with their queries
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers
  • Processing debit card payments
  • Complaint handling, including resolving and logging complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary
  • Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training
  • Raising potential problems with management and the appropriate teams
  • Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers
  • Upholding the company's reputation at all times

Our ideal Trainee Customer Service Representative will have:

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week between (Rotational 8:00-20:00). Occasional weekend work.
