As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our delivery team and ensuring seamless project execution.

Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be fundamental in coordinating project administration, ordering materials, issuing purchase orders, and general data input.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the delivery team in coordinating project administration tasks
  • Order materials and maintain accurate records
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely processing
  • Enter and maintain projectrelated data in our systems
  • Liaise with the team regarding project information and updates
  • Provide exceptional administrative support as required by the team

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry would be advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A proactive and selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
