We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Administrator** to join our team within the East Midlands region based at our Castleward development in Derby.
We are currently looking for a positive, self-motivated, compassionate, and committed people person to join our team.
You will provide administrative support to our Sales department, at our exciting new Castleward development, comprising of 54 quality new homes.
Providing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, you will amend and input marketing material to all our marketing platforms, whilst inputting and updating data onto our COINS system.
The successful applicant will have experience in a customer facing role, with strong administrative and marketing skills. IT literate in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, you will have good sales process knowledge with experience of using COINS.
