Description
The Digital Producer, Member Experience sits within the Global Panel Marketing team, reporting to the Manager, Digital Production.

The Panel Marketing team runs the Consumer Marketing function, and acts as the Product Owner for all global panels - ensuring panellists are engaged and retained.

The Digital Producer supports all production activity across 200+ websites and Digital Properties, globally.


RESPONSIBILITES

  • Support global web content and production across 200+ sites
  • Support issue resolution on digital platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
  • Support and prioritise bug fixes and workflow using Asana project management tool
  • Facilitate the migration of content as part of future website development, ensuring consistency across all websites
  • Complete UAT for digital products, ensuring correct functionality, and positive user experience
  • Upload and publish content translations across 200+ websites for new and existing projects
  • Support A/B Testing to improve conversion across key member touchpoints
  • Ensuring all content is of the highest possible quality, taking ownership of output and ensuring all content meets style, tone and brand requirements
  • Any other adhoc duties to support the Platform and User Experience team

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience coding with HTML and CSS
  • Experience using an enterprise CMS
  • Knowledge of web standards and web accessibility requirements
  • Understanding of Responsive Web Design
  • An understanding of best practice onsite SEO
  • Knowledge of JS, PHP desirable, though not essential
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong interest in understanding key industry trends and competitors' digital experiences
  • Detail orientated and very wellorganised
  • A pro at multitasking with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fastpaced, global work environment
  • Ability to work both autonomously, and as a team player

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing, UX, eCommerce or Digital Operations field
  • Degree level graduate or similar experience desirable, though not essential
