+Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our talented office-based Finance team at our global head office in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
+Responsibilities
  • Manage the full invoice lifecycle from receipt to payment using Syspro ERP, ensuring all invoices are matched
  • Complete daily reconciliations for GBP, EUR and USD accounts; investigate anomalies and post cash book journals and pro-forma payments
  • Maintain accurate payments log and audit trail
  • Act as the first point of contact for the accounts mailbox, resolving supplier queries and working with the Purchasing team to settle price variances or discrepancies
