Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic Site Supervisor with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Dasco.


We are looking to hire a hardworking Site Supervisor for our Disrepair contract, You will be based on site within the Wigan Borough.


  • Disrepairs (Internal Refurbishment)
  • Replacement of Kitchen & Bathrooms
*Previous experience in this kind of work is essential**Previous experience in Social Housing is essential*
Duties


As acting Site Supervisor, the main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the refurbishment projects from inception to completion in a fast paced enviroment.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the site and trades people.
  • Required to prepare progress reports for a fortnightly progress meeting.
  • Ensuring that all trade people have the appropriate material and equipment in order to be able to achieve their designated tasks.
  • Ensuring that the site environment is satisfactory.
  • Responsible for the quality of all work carried out on the site.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:


  • Supervising: 5 years (preferred)
Social Housing: 5 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
