Risk Analyst - Commodities

Based in the City of London, we offer a flexible work arrangement with 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.

We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to join our boutique commodities fund, which is backed by strong capital and led by a senior team with a proven track record.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive risk framework and infrastructure.
Collaborate with senior traders and the Chief Investment Officer to establish and strengthen the fund's risk management foundation.
Take full ownership of the risk function, providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership, with opportunities for future team management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in European gas and power markets.
A proactive mindset, with a passion for working in a high-performance team environment.
At least 3 years of experience in risk management, particularly within the commodities sector.
Strong leadership potential and a desire to grow into a managerial role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take full ownership of risk management within a rapidly growing fund, with a clear path to future leadership and team management. The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
