We're looking for an dynamic Team Leader to join our busy and vibrant Drugs and Alcohol team within the Birmingham Change Grow Live Service to make a change to the lives of people who use our service.

The role will be based in Newtown, Birmingham covering the Central and West region.

Responsibilities:


CGL Birmingham are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to manage a team of Recovery Coordinators in our Central & West Hub.


As a Team Leader within the Birmingham service, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, leading and supporting others to create an environment which fosters hope, empowerment and opportunities, and supporting service users to reach their full potential.

You will be responsible for the line management of a team of Recovery Coordinators alongside operational delivery of the service.

No two days are the same, so being flexible, supportive and a great motivator are key skills.

You'll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important.

But most of the time, you'll enjoy empowering and developing your team.
