Recruiting a experienced
Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, cooking Authentic Italian cuisine for a Rever side Restaurant based in Canary Wharf.

Ideal Head Chef:

Who is passionate on creating and delivering best authentic Italian pasta, pizzas and Italian dishes
Handson approach
Have a background using inventory management, recipes, P&L management and labour control systems;

Responsibilities of The Role of Head Chef:

Proven leadership skills, great presence, demonstratable ability to develop a team are all key stipulations.
Lead a team to deliver 1000 covers per week.
Assist with day to day running of the kitchen alongside the Sous Chef
Train & develop staff, creative and properly manage operational budgets, GP, Labour, Health and safety SOP's
