Post Ref: CC614 - This is an exciting opportunity to join Calderdale's Family Intervention Team, which sits within Children and Family Services. They will also take a lead role with Child in Need cases where allocated.
- Experienced in working with 'hard to reach' children and families who present challenging behaviour, using an 'outcomes focussed' approach, you should have proven assessment, analytical and reflective skills as well as experience of being a Lead Professional. You will also bring the ability to work within a framework of 'support and challenge'.
- Due to the Covid Pandemic, key workers are now working in a hybrid way; key workers currently spend 2 days in an office environment, the rest of the week the workers are based from home, completing visits from their home as a base.
