Our UK Rider teams work where our technology meets the real world. We own city-specific business outcomes and bridge our overall business strategy with local needs.


Our UK Rider team is a subset of the UK Rides teams that manages the rider lifecycle, works on continuously improving the rider experience and fuels the growth of the business by ensuring new and existing rider segments increasingly engage with our product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing endtoend CRM strategies focused on optimising existing campaigns to drive more revenue for the business
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximise customer retention across multiple types of products
  • Manage creation and execution of promo campaigns that deliver against business goals
  • Develop best in class learning agendas from experimentation planning and development to scaling the learning, with a focus on market learnings and implementation
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns / communications
  • Act as a key partner to the business (local and global) as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices expert
  • Work with our deployment, content and creative teams to design and launch complex automated campaigns using our internal and external tools
  • Playbooking and documentation, keeping in mind that the learnings from today will pave the way for growth in the region and other markets around the world

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years experience in the customer marketing, customer communications, or the customer engagement space
  • A trackrecord of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing and lifecycle campaigns across different channels ideally with experience in retention / loyalty / winback
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative team environment
  • Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising, and executing simultaneous projects and activities
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and postcampaign analysis.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
