Camhs Professionals is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our close knit nursing division located in trendy Hackney Wick.


Your role will encompass a range of duties aimed at optimising staffing efficiency, maintaining a safe and supportive work environment, and fostering effective communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain staff rota's based on staff availability, client needs, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with recruitment consultants to coordinate staff availability and address any staffing gaps or shortages in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff members and ensure that adequate coverage is maintained at all times.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding shift assignments, queries, and concerns.
  • Send out shift confirmations to staff and maintain accurate records of staff availability, annual leave, and scheduling preferences.
  • Maintain daily contact logs to track staff attendance, communication, and any notable incidents or issues.
  • Identify and escalate any safeguarding concerns or issues to the appropriate safeguarding or clinical team. Take proactive measures to address and resolve any operational challenges or barriers to effective service delivery

Requirements:


  • Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.


Pay:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
