Description
Working within a small but fast paced materials management team, the Buyer is responsible for a range of procurement activities and material management functions to ensure that the timescales and cost requirements of the production planning system are achieved.
Main responsibilities include:
- Purchasing the day to day material.
- Ensuring that production demand for material is proactively managed.
- Frequent review and expediting of orders.
- Assist with the upkeep and continuous improvement of the MRP system.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
