Daytime Healthcare are working with a Luxury Podiatrist Clinic in Cheltenham who are looking for a Receptionist to join there team

REQUIRED TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY - ONE DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK

Shift Hours : 9am-6pm

You will be working across the brands beautiful Cheltenham Clinic and will undertake Front of House duties and assist with the day-to-day running of there clinic.

Key Duties:

Warmly greet clients and inform assigned beauty therapist/podiatrist of their arrival
Welcome walkins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
Adding staff rotas into the booking system
Stock control/support
Support the Clinic Managers with ad hoc tasks
Provide support on end of day procedures

Successful applicants will have:

Experience in Front of House/reception duties
Able to work efficiently and be selfmotivated
A quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company
Computer literacy such as Outlook/Word as well as being experienced in appointment booking systems
Have a positive 'can do' attitude
Capable of building strong and professional relationships
Excellent phone manner and have a good command of both written and spoken English

Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
