    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth research on companies and individuals worldwide to uncover legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
    • Collaborate closely with case managers and leadership across various practice groups, including Executive Due Diligence, Transaction Due Diligence, and Disputes.
    • Deliver accurate, actionable intelligence through meticulous attention to detail.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Internship, academic, or entry-level experience in research, journalism, law, or finance, with a foundational understanding of investigative processes.
    • Research Skills: Basic research proficiency with eagerness to learn investigative techniques.
    • Writing Skills: Ability to draft clear, concise reports tailored to client needs.
