£45,000 Per Annum
Are you an experienced engineer looking to carve out a long-term career, within a fantastic company? Our client are looking for a well-rounded, enthusiastic individual, who is looking to start a career within an exciting, technical environment

With this company, there will be no 'averageday' and you will be involved in some interesting projects.

You could be working in the office one day, working at a customer's site the next day, and the role will be extremely varied.

You will be able to to travelbetween customer sites, predominantly in the South West.

Our client's work includes cost estimating and modelling, risk, schedule and benefits. Their analysis methods are applied to a wide range of technology and research topics.


Mid-level Consultant Required Skills / Experience:

  • A proactive approach to identifying what needs to be done
  • Plan, manage and undertake technical studies / tasks
  • Develop tools, techniques or processes
  • Experience in writing technical reports
  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel
  • A track record of effective liaison with clients and stakeholders

Mid-level Consultant Desirable Skills / Experience:

  • Involvement in Defence research, logistics, maritime or manufacturing
  • Understanding of MOD policies and procedures for Cost Estimation and Modelling
  • Portfolio, programme and project management
  • Ability to develop life cycle cost/schedule/risk estimates for future acquisitions
  • Ability to undertake data identification, collection and normalisation
  • Ability to present and communicate analytical information including data visualisation
  • Ability to generate either cost estimates, scopes or impacts for new equipment or systems
