Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Catering Operations Support Manager to join our passionate and driven Catering team based at our client's site in Scotland - Central Belt

Key Responsibilities:
Relief/support cover as directed by the Operations Manager / Operations Director.
Seamless transfer and mobilisation of new contracts.
Practical training of transferring teams to achieve consistent sustainable company and client objectives.

Assist with the delivery of training to include Company Induction, Basic Food Hygiene, Basic Health & Safety, COSHH and other training as required.

Client, customer, and supplier liaison.


About You:


You will be an experienced Head Chef or Catering Manager looking to move into the next stage of your career.


  • Must be flexible with hours and prepared to cover sites at short notice.
  • Good knowledge of back office systems a benefit (Outlook, Saffron, Timegate etc.)
