Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading pharmaceutical clients They are currently looking for a Supply Planning Chain Consultant with OMP APS experience to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

Identify, validate, prioritize and, finalize business use cases in the area of supply chain planning & detailed scheduling relevant for the life science industry client
Lead the design and development of proof of concepts in OMP APS
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into techno-functional solutions
OMP end-to-end tool knowledge to support the implementation & roll out of the platform, working with development teams to ensure successful delivery
Assess current supply chain planning processes and support Planners in the client organisation in utilising the Planning Tools to do their day job better in line with the defined policies & processes.
Advise planners on how best to set up the data for a particular scenario; better system transactions, possibly showing them better transaction formatting & key features that could make it easier for the individual to their role in a process
Conduct business process workshops with planners and relevant stakeholders to enable them with better understanding of the KPIs & how they can drive embedding improvements to meet the target.
Proven experience in leading techno-functional teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
Strong experience in Business process and Technology consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning with at least one client engagement experience in OMP/APS implementation as solution architect/functional consultant
