About You:


We are seeking to appoint an Executive Support Officer who is highly organised and has excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with senior members of the organisation and external stakeholders.

You will be
- proficient in all Microsoft packages.
- experienced in organising complex diaries and arranging multiple meetings
- have excellent grammar and communication skills and
- able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- capable of minuting formal meetings and proactively taking forward actions through to conclusion
- flexible and adaptable to work at any of the six colleges when required


It is desirable that you have Maths and English GCSE grade 4 or above along with 3 A-Levels or equivalent in a relevant qualification.
